Drisilane systems
The package includes a 25-year manufacturer warranty, a waterproofing warranty, and a product warranty, along with a 10-year installer warranty covering workmanship and materials. The specifications include treating and sealing critical roof elements, followed by a comprehensive roof re-coating system. This encompasses fixings, end laps, side laps, and flashing laps.
The waterproofing warranty does not cover water ingress due to condensation, design flaws, safety wire posts, flues, vents, soakers, penetrations, or skylights. This solution represents a complete roof re-coating system, focusing on the treatment and sealing of deteriorating seals at major roof details, rather than simply re-finishing the coatings on the steel sheets.

This specification is a roof re-coating system only, it does not include the separate treatment/sealing of waterproofing elements (side laps, fixings, flashings). This option would fully refurbish the roof sheet coatings and extend their lifespan by another 25 years.
All times Advantage 30-year warranted system
This is a roof sheet re-finishing system, the manufacturer warranty is for the coating system specifically and not a roof waterproofing warranty. We also offer a 10-year installer roof warranty covering workmanship and materials.
This is comparable to the 25-year Drisilane ReCoat system.
